We were both in the Military..... AIR FORCE
We met the year 2008, We were being deployed to a country in Eastern Europe for a support medical exercise. One night we all gathered around and had a BBQ. I was there and so was Richard with some of our colleagues. Richard came up to me an introduced himself. He wasn't cocky, nor was he shy and he introduced himself to me as "Rich," smooth talking. I wasn't impressed at the time. I asked " is that your government name? He told me Richard Bundy.
The next day I was sent on an errand to purchase a printer, which required a technical expert and a male escort. Just so happens the communication specialist and male escort provided was Richard. Set-up!! This time he was very quiet and shy. He wouldn't say two words. We acquired the equipment necessary. We went for lunch, some ice cream and took some time to get to know each other a little more. From there "Love, Life and the Pursuit of Happiness."
