It's hard to believe that we've been engaged for over 5 months now. We have been so busy planning the wedding, the time has just flown by. But we've been having a lot of fun with it, and thought we would set up this site to start celebrating a little early!

Favorite Things: MUSIC, hanging with the fellas, football... Did I mention MUSIC?

Favorite Memory with Veronica:  My first time going home with Veronica to her hometown during Easter 2011.  I got to see a side of her, that I had never seen before. She was so adventurous and a true country girl.

Veronica:

Tremaine and I  first met or rather saw each other 6 years ago during our Winter Quarter at Central Georgia Technical College. I saw Tremaine a couple of times on campus, but I was too shy to talk to him (I mean where I come from, the guy is supposed to approach the girl). Winter Quarter began and I walked into my Math class and saw this HOT guy sitting across the classroom and I immediately began to get nervous… It was Tremaine!!! We had that class for 3 months and we never spoke to each other. Occasionally, I will catch him looking at me and he would turn his head very quickly, but nothing more than that. It all began when Tremaine and my BFF, Maggie Gracey, who is one of my Maid of Honors in our wedding had a computer class together. We started communicating via e-mail during their computer class and whenever I saw him in the hallways, we would say hi to each other… I’m thinking YAY progression. Maggie and Tremaine’s computer class came to an end and we were about to go on Spring Break and I still did not have his number. I saw him on the last day of school in the parking lot and yelled “Hey boy, Can I have your digits?” We remained friends over the last several years, talking occasionally on the phone until we reunited in November 2010…

Tremaine and I had been dating for eight months at the time. Tremaine swept me off my feet with his love, for he is a true romantis. He proposed Tuesday, October 4, 2011 and it was incredible. It was about 10:00 at night and I walked into my apartment just after getting my hair done. When I opened the door to my apartment, Tremaine was on one knee in the foyer. My entire apartment was covered in red rose petals with candles everywhere. In the background, I heard the Jagged Edge song “Let’s Get Married” playing softly. On my T.V. was a slide show of all the pictures that we have ever taken together. I was stunned, my mind went blank and my heart filled with joy. I could not believe this was happening to me. Tremaine began to talk about how much I meant to him, how he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me and then he popped the question… Of course, I said YES!
