How We Met:
Eric has been my best friend for about 8 1/2 years now. I had a huge crush on him when I met him. We kept going back and forth liking each other until one day we finally had it!! We finally both agreed to give it a shot. :) And that was about 4 years ago! He's my best friend and other better half. We also work together so we get to see each other 24/7 and I still love him more and more every day!! How We Got

Engaged:
How we got engaged...Well for my 27th birthday, Eric (the sweetheart he is) planned a surprised birthday party for me. There he gave me another surprise, a trip to Buffalo (where he is from) so I could see snow!! I have never once seen snow! So of course I was so happy and excited. :) But I was even in for a bigger surprise!! We went to Niagara Falls on Dec. 5, 2007 at night with his family and there he asked me to be his wife! In front of the "JenEric" tree (the whole family was in on it)! It was so beautiful (and sooo cold)!! The family caught it all on video and they gave us an engagement party while we were up there. Our sneaky mommys (love them both to death!!) surprised the both of us and flew up for the party. Needless to say we both were crying when we saw them! :) Yes I had A LOT of surprises but that's what you get from a guy that treats you like a princess! I love him so much!!
