We met 19 years ago in Chicago, IL, while traveling with our church choir. Jermayne was the drummer of the Young Adult Choir and Casandra sang. During the trip our rooms were across the hall from each other and our room mates, along with us, spent a lot of time talking and playing cards. We both realilized that we wanted to get to know each other better. After a month when we got back we started talking more and more and our relationship began to grow. Our love grew but we were unalbe to fully understand it, so through out the years we went our seperate ways. Always keeping in touch our friendship grew even stronger. In December of 2008 we reconneceted and shared our hearts desires and fell in love all over again. By February of 2009 we accepted God's timing and picked up where we left off. On July the 17th 2009 we went to Ray's on the River for dinner. Jermayne proposed that night outside by the river and Casandra accepted. Now on October the 17th the "Feather" will be rooted in her "Rock".
