Location: Immaculate Heart of Mary, Northglenn, CO
Al and I both worked at Tower Bar and Grill for a short period of time. I was a bartender and Al worked in the kitchen. It was very busy one evening and a cabinet door fell on the back of my leg and I ended up injuring my shin and ankle. At this point Al and I didn't really know each other. I went to the back area, I was crying, and Al came over to me, got the first aid kit out, cleaned my ankle up and bandaged it for me. I thanked him and that was it. Several days later I asked Al if he would like to go on a date and he said YES! Our first date was at the Parade of Lights in Downtown Denver on December 3rd. On our date Al met my Mom, my brother, Carissa and Dillon. Al went ice skating on Larimer street with Carissa and Dillon and we watched the parade. And to make a long story short here we are twelve years later!
We will be married at Immaculate Heart of Mary in Northglenn, Colorado on November 7th, 2009. The church has recently been renovated and is absolutely beautiful! The wedding will begin at 2:30pm with a full mass, ending around 3:30pm.
Our reception will be held at Riverdale Golf Course. We will have a fresh Garden Salad with an assortment of dressings and fresh rolls. We will also have a Pasta Bar, Steak, Chicken Cordon Blue, Wild Rice, and a Vegetable Medley. Beer and Wine will be served through the dinner hour with a cash bar available. After dinner, all the fun begins with dancing, fun wedding games and we can't forget CAKE! Three different cake flavors: A White cake with Strawberry filling, a Chocolate cake with Bavarian cream filling and a Marble cake all made by A Cake Occassion.
We will be leaving early Monday morning, November 9th to travel to the Riviera Maya. We are staying at the Iberostar Tucan with lush gardens and located right on the beach! Our stay will include 9 days, 8 nights.
Al and I look forward to seeing you all at the wedding and reception. We have waited a long time to celebrate this special day!
