Our Story

Dan and I met at Winefest 5 years ago in May, although I have no real memory of that. Almost a year later we met again at Henry's Pub in downtown Loveland. Our first date was May 6 and on our 12th date we went to Cozumel (No expectations) on a dive vacation and our long weekend turned into a week. By the end I was in love. Didn't really know it, but what a guy, what a trip.
What seemed like years later, he finally admitted he was in love with me as well. So he's a little slow, he's really cute. We have had a great 3 1/2 years getting to know each other, traveling around the world to different dive sites, as well as the many trips around the States.
Travel has been a large part of our relationship, along with cars, car shows, car meetings, and oh yeah, car races. Our latest hobby is sailing which we are just learning and having a great time. Remind me to tell you about being up a river without a paddle.
Now we have a new/old house, a cat and a dog and that is our focus. Well, that is until Dan asked me to marry him. Wow, what a surprise. Now we are planning a wedding and honeymoon, working on "This Old House" and looking forward to seeing all of you on our special day.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
