We met at Southern University at New Orleans. I was picking up my son from summer camp and he was delivering lunch to the summer camp. The food looked and smelled so good everyday I always wanted to ask where did it come from but I kept forgetting. I was there early one day to pick up my son and he was there delivering the food and that made me ask for a menu. He didn't have one that day but made sure I got one the next day and I gave him my card. He called a couple of times but I didn't show any interest. He took me to dinner for my birthday and from then on he always wanted to be with me!

Our wedding venue is at Taravella Manor 5240 Taravella Rd. Marrero, LA 70072. A small and intimate ceremony will take place in the garden area beginning promptly at 3:30 p.m.

A small adult only dinner reception will take place at the same venue, immediately following the ceremony, in the reception area from 4:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m.
