Ok for those of ou keeping up you know I wanted to putmini soaps in the favor bags for the table and the dumb woman on ebay who made the ones I wanted didn't get back to me for 3 weeks and then wouldn't do the ones I wanted. SOOOOO I bought all the stuff and am doing them my self!!!! SO far so good!!!! I have not even used a full pound of soap(i bought 10lbs!! LOL) and have already made 2 trays of each- cowboy hat cowboy boots and horseshoe. Still have enough left to make maybe half a tray of one of them. The only thing is I would have liked the hats to be more black but I didn't order enough of the coloring for a white base to turn them true black so they are a dark grey!! But its fine. I still have my pink boots!!!  Im pretty pleased with my self!! Still can't believe I am actually being so picky about the favor bags!! LOL I will post a pic of them in the photo album here on our website and a pic FB!!!

Hi Everyone!!  Sorry havent updated in a while but i've been kinda busy!! FINALLY Derek was home to give a hand at some stuff!! He had Monday off and since I don't work on Mondays we got some things done. We now have our marriage License,  got our rings ad ordered and paid for the few flowers we are getting. 

     I couldn't get the little soaps I wanted to get to put in the favors bags. The lady on ebay was not very nice and took her 3 weeks to answer my 4th email!!! SOOOOO I am going to attempt to make them myself!! LOL Have no idea why I am being so picky about this of all things???? As up to this point I have not been very picky and just want to get things lined out before it's to late and things are done at the last minute!!

So unless i burned down my microwave or something or its way harder then it looks I will have the min soaps I wanted to put in the bags!!!LOL I also made Derek help pick out the damn cake topper as that was another thing I was having issues with???

I do believe I have most of everything bought, organized or ordered except for the food. I just have to wait for more RSVP's so we can get a decent count on people. I will try to keep up on this blog better!!!!

Decisions decisions!!UGH!!!!!!  I still say Vegas would have been easier!!! I had so many phone calls and texts and photos sent to my phone it filled up and I couldnt take any more!! LOL I was in the middle of KayLee'sm  volleyball game tryng to watch it and eat dinner at the same time and then deal with all the texts I was getting!!!

Dee has spent the night after work making all sorts of different arrangements for the center of the tables so I could decide what ones I liked the best. I get a call from Wendy.MOM you NEED to hurry and decide!! This from the QUEEEN of procrastination!!! I still have an entire month before the wedding and I think i;m doing pretty good for someone who wanted to go to Vegas!!LOL

NOw I'm told I HAVE to hurry and pick a cake center piece. HOLY COW!!!! Derek has been gone for 3 weeks with only being home 1 night a week so he hasnt been any help at all!! I told him on the phone last night HE gets to pick the cake topper as all of a sudden I just can't decide on anything!! To much to think about!  So the cake topper is just going to have to wait till Derek gets home and he can choose from the 4 I  found that I like. Cake toppers!!!!!!!!!!!!! who would have thunk it!! LOL

I said before I started all this that if I had the money I would have given it to someone and told them just do it and tell me when to show up!! LOL Now I spend my week nights and weekends looking for wedding stuff!!!

Well I'm heading to bed have a busy day at work and I dont think I can look at one more wedding thing right now. They all look the same!!! LOL

NIght ALL!!!

Well Dee came down to Arvada today and gave me a hand with invitations and working on the center peices for the tables. We ordered the rest of the stuff we needed today for the tables, the guest book, cake server, and decortions for the cake table. MAN hummmm sounds wierd when I start writting this all down!! LOL   Never thought I would be doing all this. It''s a lot of work and Vegas would have been sooooooo much easier. But I do have to admit I'm starting to have a little fun with it. I just want this all out of the way so things aren't rushed at the end.

We also ordered our rings today. Nothing fancy but they match and I like them. We got them from a place called Rodeogold.com they have some really cool stuff on there. SO hope they get here on time as its over seas!!

We also got all the final arrangements with the pastor at the church. He will be sending us an email and setting up the meeting with us in the next week or two. We have to have a talk with him first so he knows what we want and expect.

Now next important thing is to find out about a marriage certificate!! I have no idea where or how or what we have to do so going to get that all figured out on tuesday. I would be doing it monday but its a holiday sooooooo.

Well its late I'm pooped!!! Dee and I went for a ride today and Snake was a poop and so was Belle the one Dee was riding!! UGH!! Those girls are going to have to get some more riding in to keep there attitudes in check!!!!!!!

WOW is all I can say!! I ordered invitations on monday late morning and they arrived here today!!! YEAH!! So now I will be able to get going on them this weekend. I even wet and bought stamps today before I knew they were here!! LOL

If anyone wants a written invitation send me your address so I can get them out this weekend.

I took the day of today so nI could get paper work done for work and taxes!! I did manage to get it all done but still ahve to get thru some mail.  I actually didnt do anything wedding wise today!! LOL But will be doing more tomorrow!! I want to get it done before the very end so I dont have to worry about it!!

l also want to say a BIG thanks again to all who have left gifts!!! We are going to have a great honeymoon!!!!

Ok everyone you will be happy to know I have now gotten a little more into the swing of things!! I know I know!! I have had enough of people harassing me!!! I finally gave up on any idea of going to Vegas for the wedding itself!!. So I stopped fighting the forces and actually did some planning yesterday and ordering of STUFF. I have about half of what i need for th center peices on the tables, I ordered my invitations(maybe a tad late??) I bought our tickets to Vegas and then ran out of money for this week. SO have to wait tilll next week when Derek gets paid and buy a few more things. I think by some miracle I might have stuff done before teh big day.

OH yeah and I'M NOT WEARING A DRESS!!!!!!!!!!! This is one thing I will not budge one!! And my maid of honor won't wear one either!! So we are a perfect pair!!! Joy's first words after "Yes she will stand up with me" was" BUT I'M not weraing a dress!!!"

OUr colors are pink,black and white!! SO black wranglers pinks shirts and for me a pair of my PINK boots!!! YEEHAWWWWWWWW

Well I guess thats it for the time being. I will try and be dilligant and keep up with this blog but no promises!!!
