Embassy Suites Hotel - Wedding Reservations

A block of rooms have been reserved for guests during the Wedding weekend. All room confirmations must be completed by September 21st. Any remaining rooms will be returned to the Hotel.

Dress Code

The dress code will semi-formal or business casual. Please no jeans or tennis shoes.

Shuttle Service

Shuttle Service will be provided between the Church and the Hotel. This will also be dependant on how many guest reserve rental cars.

Transportation between Airport and Hotel

Guests will be responsible for transportation between the Airport and the Hotel. There are many options available in Charlotte (Uber, Lyft, Taxi, etc.).
